Delivery

All items will be lovingly packaged and despatched within 3 working days of ordering. Please allow slightly longer for larger items that may require a Specialist Courier. Your delivery will be sent either by Royal Mail or Courier Service and tracking will always be provided. Please note that sometimes your contact number may be required for delivery purposes.

We have set prices for our delivery service. Delivery fee’s start from as little as 99p however most items will be £5.99 and for larger items or multiple items it will be £10.99. 

If you would like international delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quotation.

Collection will also be available from our home in Appleby Magna, Derbyshire

 

Packaging and Recycling

Its extremely important to us that we use packaging that is sustainable, recyclable and environmentally friendly. Where possible we will recycle our outer packaging, your products will still be beautifully wrapped in our recycled kraft paper, but the outer box may be a recycled one.  Our promise to you is that we will always only ever purchase packaging that environmentally friendly.

 

Returns Policy

Here at Steeple View Interiors, we really hope that you are happy with your order but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out they way we would like. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email as soon as you can and please supply us with photos of the damage. Please send your email to steepleviewinteriors@outlook.com along with your order number. If you are happy for us to send a replacement out we will do so, or alternatively we will offer you a full refund. Please note, this must be done within 2 working days of you receiving your order. 

If you would simply like to return your order for a refund, please notify us in writing by email, you must do this within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please also note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return goes missing. 

All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.
